Saturn

This photo of Saturn was taken from Bamberger Ranch, Texas. A beautiful
Hill Country preserve that possesses one of the few dark skies areas
left in central Texas.
The picture above shows more or less what you would’ve seen if you would’ve looked through a medium sized telescope. Even though Saturn is about 980 million miles away from Earth, it giant size and its majestic rings is one of the most beautiful objects in the skies.
Note the tiny dark circle in the middle of its ring called the Cassini division; a gap that separates its ring structure.
